Job summary

Clark Associates, Inc. is seeking an Outbound Material Handler to ensure orders are picked, consolidated, packed, and shipped accurately and promptly. The role requires use of handheld scanners, ERP systems, and warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a team-centered setting with extensive training and cross-training opportunities, following safety guidelines and contributing to daily and monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Experience operating handheld scanning devices and ERP systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking accurately using handheld scanners and ERP system, on foot or using forklift equipment.
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment processing.
• Pack products accurately and securely using internal SPS system to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, computers) following safety protocols.
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy, and quality of work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Adhere to all company and warehouse policies and adapt to other duties as needed.

Job Summary

The Outbound Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that all orders are picked, consolidated, packed, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner. These tasks must be completed to an efficient and accurate standard to ensure smooth outbound operations. This position requires use of our internal warehouse systems and various warehouse equipment, which may include Powered Industrial Trucks. You will be expected to work at a fast pace, be attentive to detail, willing to work hard with a good attitude, and be able to embrace change. Material Handlers are given extensive training for success in their position and cross-training opportunities may be required. We offer on-site training and mentoring for all positions. SHIFT SCHEDULE & WAGE

• Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday-Tuesday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Starting wage is $22.00/hr and a potential of up to $0.88 in raises every 6 months
