You will work with Sales, Merchandising, In-house Decoration, and vendor partners to ensure orders are accurately placed, decorated, produced, and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in promotional products, order entry, decoration, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with vendors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with decoration processes and artwork requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales with order entry and management of decorated product orders with high accuracy.
• Create and submit purchase orders to vendors and manage order details through production.
• Coordinate artwork approvals and pre-production samples with internal and external decorators.
• Coordinate with In-house Decoration on internally produced orders to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with decorators, vendors, customers, and internal teams to move orders forward.
• Monitor production and shipping schedules to meet in-hands dates.
• Maintain accurate order records, documentation, and status updates.
• Identify potential delays and coordinate solutions.
• Assist in expanding in-house decoration product assortment.
• Support departmental initiatives and process improvements.
