• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wire respooling machines according to production schedules and work orders.
• Load and unload wire spools using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure proper wire tension, alignment, and winding patterns.
• Inspect wire and finished spools for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Measure and verify wire lengths, spool sizes, and labeling requirements.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic preventive maintenance.
• Accurately complete production documentation and inventory transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
