Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a ProjectWise Administrator in Overland Park, KS to design and implement a standalone ProjectWise environment from scratch, size infra, configure components, and move to production after testing.

The role covers installation of Integration Server, iCS for PDF, iCS for iModel, Gateway, Caching, and ongoing support including upgrades and day-to-day operations; strong PowerShell, SQL, and CAD tool knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Minimum ProjectWise Administrator level experience.
• ProjectWise Server Side components installation, configuration and troubleshooting (Integration, iCS for PDF, iCS for iModel, gateway, Caching, WSG etc).
• ProjectWise Administrator functions - configuration of users, groups, environments, interfaces, project types etc.
• ProjectWise Explorer Operations and Troubleshooting.
• ProjectWise 365 and ProjectWise Drive Administration.
• ProjectWise PowerShell scripting.
• Basic MS SQL Querying.
• Working knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, C3D).
• Understanding of various Azure Cloud components like Resource Groups, Availability Sets and Zones, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, Web App Firewalls etc.

Responsibilities

• Install and build an independent ProjectWise environment from scratch including sizing of infrastructure.
• Prepare configuration files for components and deploy to production after testing.
• Support day-to-day user operations and admin needs; handle server-side upgrades.
• Manage ongoing ProjectWise maintenance, backups, and monitoring.

Job description

Job Description ProjectWise Administrator would be required to install and build an independent ProjectWise environment from scratch including infra sizing. This will include all major components of ProjectWise like Integration server, iCSs for PDF server, Gateway Server and Caching server etc. This person would be required to independently prepare configuration file for each of these components and put it to production after rounds of testing. Once such an environment is commissioned, he\\she would be required to support day to day user operations, Admin needs and server-side version upgrades.
