Job summary

Whitman College’s Admissions and Financial Aid department seeks a Projects Coordinator to manage timelines, resources and deliverables for recruitment, communications and financial aid initiatives. Using a project management platform, you will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to a high standard while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

Reports to the Director of Admission Operations.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Manage 100+ Admission and Financial Aid projects yearly, from initiation to completion.
• Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with Admissions, Financial Aid, Communications and other offices; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Operational & Administrative Support: Assist with application verification during peak cycles; compile reports and metrics.
