Job summary

Ops Tech Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Projects Integrator to coordinate cross‑functional systems integration across government applications, cloud infrastructure, and mission partner data.

You will help manage dependencies, evolving requirements, and architecture documentation as data and AI initiatives expand. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners, tracking requirements and risks, and creating architecture artifacts to guide technical planning and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, International Trade, or similar).
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience performing system integration on large-scale technical projects or programs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and maintaining systems and architectural documentation.

Overview

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Projects Integrator to coordinate systems integration across a government customer’s applications, cloud infrastructure, and mission partner data. You will help manage technical dependencies, evolving requirements, and architecture documentation as data and AI initiatives grow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration of applications, data sources, and technologies across internal teams and mission partners.
• Support the growth of data and AI initiatives, including potential transitions to multi-cloud architecture.
• Track customer requirements, technical dependencies, and integration risks across projects and programs.
• Create and maintain systems and architecture documentation to support technical planning and implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience identifying integration points between internal and external systems.
• Experience advising a team of senior customers.
• Experience conceiving and executing tailored communication for customer audiences at all levels.
• Experience developing and reviewing deliverables such as presentations, strategies, studies, requirements, status reports, plans, and ad-hoc documentation.
