Projects Implementation Technician

Millennium Physician Group

Schedule: PRN - As Needed

The Projects Implementation Technician engages in modification or construction of new or existing spaces within MPG buildings to increase operational capabilities at various sites. Responsibilities include demolition, site clearing, framing, wiring, drywall hanging, plumbing, painting, flooring, ceiling grid installation, casework, and HVAC ductwork. This position reports to the Projects Implementation Supervisor and requires travel to different MPG sites in a company vehicle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools
• Removing debris and garbage from sites
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Assembling and dismantling barricades, ladders, and scaffolding
• Assisting third-party vendors as needed
• Transporting and operating heavy tools and equipment
• Managing pedestrian traffic at office locations
• Digging holes and trenches
• Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete
• Adhering to health and safety regulations

Education and Experience

Education: High School Diploma

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in construction or building trades

Valid driver’s license and an approved driving record are required.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds alone, heavier objects with assistance
• Capability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach
• Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for manipulating objects
• Tolerance to extreme temperatures
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
