Job summary

Sierra Lobo, Inc. in Las Cruces, NM seeks an Organizational Financial Analyst to support the Propulsion Department at NASA's White Sands Test Facility under the TEST3 contract.

Responsibilities include administrative and financial analysis, data collection, and forecasting cost and schedule outcomes for multiple projects; interfacing with the WSTF business office and cross-department teams. Requires BA/BS in Business or Accounting and 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Business Administration or Accounting with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project required.
• Strong ability to research and analyze financial data.
• Experience in project management principles; earned value analysis highly desired.
• WSTF experience and ability to interface with the WSTF business office and cross-departmental teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and financial analysis support to department manager, technical staff, and NASA Office Chief.
• Prepare data collection and reports and financial progress assessments for various projects/programs.
• Support multiple departmental test projects and service centers with cost/schedule forecasting.
• Manage projects and represent the department to the Program business office and entities.
