Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Ohio is seeking a Delivery - Projects Co-Op for January through August 2027. This full-time co-op offers hands-on experience in engineering, analytics, and customer-focused project delivery across automation initiatives.

You will support technology delivery from design to startup on large and medium scale projects, review drawings, test network configurations and HMIs, and help create training materials for customers.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions.
• Proven experience collaborating with and leading others to achieve project goals, prioritizing competing tasks and presenting complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Rockwell Automation technology delivery operations from design to startup as part of large and medium scale automation projects for customers.
• Review and correct electrical and/or P&ID drawings.
• Assure project work meets customer specifications by testing network configurations, HMI screens and electrical connectivity of devices etc.
• Help create training material for customers to satisfy project delivery requirements.
• Learn project delivery and management software's and procedures used to manage large scale projects.
• Learn industrial automation project delivery methods and concepts.
