Job summary

City Electric Supply seeks a Projects Coordinator in the Quotes Department to support branch locations, the Projects Manager, and the Quotation Specialist on a variety of tasks related to quoting and coordinating projects.

You will assist with vendor information collection, coordinate from PO to billing, work with suppliers on drawings and PO placement, and ensure smooth logistics for materials. CES offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience, preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with information collection from vendors and agents to enable competitive quotes.
• Coordinate jobs from purchase order to billing.
• Work with suppliers on job drawing approval and placing of purchase orders.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely supply of materials for jobs.
• Bill customers and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
