Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is seeking a highly organised individual to coordinate refrigeration and air conditioning installation projects from quotation through to completion. The role offers hands-on experience in project and contract management with full training and clear progression opportunities.

No prior refrigeration or air conditioning experience is essential; strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude are valued.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• The confidence to communicate with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and getting things done.
• A full, valid driving licence for driving in the UK is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate refrigeration and air conditioning installation projects from quotation through to completion.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Obtain quotations and assist with project cost tracking.
• Order materials and equipment.
• Prepare project documentation, including health and safety records.
• Maintain client and project records.
• Assist with invoicing and contract administration.
• Support the production of operation and maintenance manuals.
• Visit customer sites to support project delivery and reporting.
