This position supports organizational initiatives that strengthen CAPSA's services, build community connections, increase awareness, and advance our mission throughout the communities we serve.
The Projects & Events Coordinator works closely with staff, volunteers, community partners, donors, and stakeholders to ensure projects and events are planned, coordinated, implemented, and documented effectively. This may include coordinating fundraising events, awareness month activities, employee appreciation events, conferences, and other organizational initiatives.
Someone successful in this role is highly organized, follows through on commitments, and enjoys helping teams accomplish shared goals. They build strong relationships, communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of moving work from planning to completion. They understand that meaningful results are often achieved through consistent follow-up, attention to detail, collaboration, and accountability.
