Work with the V&V Test team involved in a set of projects, ensuring quality targets and repeatable test performance. Define the V&V strategy,performSystem Verification, involved in V&V execution, delivering as per QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) commitments. Identify and implement best V&V practices and standardize their implementation across the projects. Work with the V&V Lead and help with continuous team improvement, assess team competencies and gaps, and prepare a training plan for the team.
