Job summary

B&T Building Services Inc. is seeking a Project Technician for the 2nd shift in Bradford, PA. This full-time position requires maintaining building cleanliness, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction, with a starting pay of $20–$25 per hour and weekly pay.

Company van and equipment are provided, with training on operation. Travel is required, relocation is not provided, and you will report to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions.
• Experience or ability to operate basic floor care equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care equipment (walk-behind scrubber, carpet extractor, etc.).
• Keep work areas/equipment in inspection-ready condition.
• Follow cleaning schedules and ensure equipment is cleaned after each shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

B&T is a growing company and we are looking to add more members to our team! We have a Project Technician position available near you!

Positions are available in Bradford, PA. The position is 5 days a week, 2nd shift. Starting pay is $20 - $25 per hour/ weekly pay provided.

The Project Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.

Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions. Company van and equipment is provided. We also include training on the equipment and how to properly complete all job duties listed above.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Operates all floor care equipment. (Walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)
• Keeps work areas/equipment in a state that is inspection-ready.
• Ensures that work/cleaning schedules outlined below are followed as closely as practical
• Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift
• Other duties may apply
