Job summary

B&T Building Services, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Project Technician for the 2nd shift to keep facilities clean. You will operate floor care equipment, follow schedules, and ensure inspection-ready areas.

Starting pay is $20–$25 per hour with weekly pay and a benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid vacation, and paid sick days, plus a company van and training.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Experience with commercial cleaning tasks preferred.
• Comfort with operating floor care equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned facilities.
• Operate floor care equipment (scrubbers, swing machines, carpet extractors).
• Keep work areas equipment-ready and organized.

B&T is a growing company and we are looking to add more members to our team! We have a Project Technician position available near you!

Positions are available in Pittsburgh, PA. The position is 5 days a week, 2nd shift. Starting pay is $20 - $25 per hour/ weekly pay provided

The Project Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction. Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions. Company van and equipment is provided. We also include training on the equipment and how to properly complete all job duties listed above.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Operates all floor care equipment. (Walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)
• Keeps work areas/equipment in a state that is inspection-ready.
• Ensures that work/cleaning schedules outlined below are followed as closely as practical
• Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift
• Other duties may apply
