Job summary

B&T Building Services is seeking a Project Technician in Zelienople, PA for a 2nd shift, full-time role. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with weekly pay provided.

The position involves maintaining building cleanliness through stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction. Company van and equipment are provided, along with training on all duties.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Willingness to learn equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Team member who can work 2nd shift in Zelienople, PA.

Responsibilities

• Keeps work areas/equipment inspection-ready.
• Ensures cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.

B&T is a growing company and we are looking to add more members to our team! We have a Project Technician position available near you!

Positions are available in Zelienople, PA. The position is 5 days a week, 2nd shift. Starting pay is $20.00 - $25 per hour/ weekly pay provided

The Project Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.

Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions. Company van and equipment is provided. We also include training on the equipment and how to properly complete all job duties listed above.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Operates all floor care equipment. (Walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)
• Keeps work areas/equipment in a state that is inspection-ready.
• Ensures that work/cleaning schedules outlined below are followed as closely as practical
• Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift
• Other duties may apply
