B&T Building Services in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Project Technician for a 2nd shift. This full-time role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of the building, using floor care equipment and following established schedules.

You’ll receive a starting pay of $20-$25 per hour with weekly pay and company-provided van/equipment training. The position includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and sick days, and a 401K/403b plan.

B&T is a growing company and we are looking to add more members to our team! We have a Project Technician position available near you!
Positions are available in Pittsburgh, PA. The position is 5 days a week, 2nd shift. Starting pay is $20 - $25 per hour/ weekly pay provided
The Project Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.
Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions. Company van and equipment is provided. We also include training on the equipment and how to properly complete all job duties listed above.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Operates all floor care equipment. (Walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)
• Keeps work areas/equipment in a state that is inspection-ready.
• Ensures that work/cleaning schedules outlined below are followed as closely as practical
• Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift
• Other duties may apply
