Job summary

B&T Building Services in Bradford, PA is seeking a Project Technician for a 2nd shift. The role runs 5 days a week with starting pay of $20 - $25 per hour; weekly pay is provided.

You will maintain the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction, with company van and equipment supplied and training provided. We value attention to detail, following instructions, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions.

• Training on the equipment and how to properly complete all job duties listed above.

Responsibilities

• Operates floor care equipment (walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.).
• Keeps work areas/equipment in an inspection-ready state.
• Ensures cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.
• Equipment is cleaned and put away after each shift.

• Ensures that work/cleaning schedules outlined below are followed as closely as practical
• Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift
