Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience in land development.
• LSIT is required and PLS is preferred.
• Experience with ESRI GIS, boundary and legal principles, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Schedule survey projects and monitor completion.
• Instruct survey crews for field work; perform field and office tasks.
• Prepare and review drawings from plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Interpret field notes and sketches; compute surveys, plats, and easements.
• Use AutoCAD to produce ALTA/NSPS surveys, records of surveys, maps, and exhibits.
• Prepare and review legal descriptions and exhibits for parcels and easements.
• Compile land title information from title reports and records.
