This full-time, hourly non-exempt role involves land surveying, ALTA surveys, parcel maps, final maps, and exhibits for a range of public and private projects. Strong drafting skills and precise boundary knowledge are essential.

The candidate should have LSIT or be pursuing licensure, with five years of experience preferred. Proficiency in ESRI GIS and AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; a PLS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant land surveying experience required.
• LSIT is required; PLS preferred.
• Proficiency with ESRI GIS and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Schedule survey projects and monitor completion.
• Instruct survey crews for field work.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings from sketches, plans, and specifications using Civil 3D.
• Interpret field notes and sketches.
• Perform and review computations for surveys and plats.
• Use AutoCAD to produce ALTA/NSPS surveys and related documents.
• Prepare and review legal descriptions and exhibits for parcels and easements.
