Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Project Support Consultant

**100% Remote- EST**

Duration: 8+ month contract with possible extensions

Location: Remote, working EST

Rate: $20-24 hourly W2

Our client, a global leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity available for a Hotel Project Support Consultant. This consultant will be heavily focused on documentation and acting as the middle person between stakeholders and hotels and assisting with rolling out this project initiative on time. The ideal person will be extremely detail oriented and have a strong ability to manage and connect multiple data sources into one spreadsheet.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage rollout tracking documentation and dashboard (including any consolidation of data from multiple sources)
• Create and maintain internal reporting for project status updates to project team, key cross functional partners, and senior leadership
• Connect regularly with supplier(s) around rollout updates and any issue resolution
• Lead all rollout inquiries and communications with support of manager and project team

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Be able to communicate across numerous audiences, including hotels, and stakeholders
• Experience building summaries of the data and project status for key cross-functional partners and senior leadership
• Prior hotel industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage and connect multiple data sources into one spreadsheet
• Demonstrate strong ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and commitments and handling multiple tasks
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available and that may result in pay outside of the range provided.
