Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Chandler, AZ seeks a Supplier Quality professional to act as the primary quality liaison with suppliers on a small project. You will perform surveillance and hands-on inspections to ensure supplier equipment, materials and documentation meet procurement requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with major commodities for semiconductor, datacenter, battery manufacturing or life science projects.

Responsibilities

• Represents Bechtel as the supplier's quality contact on small projects.
• Performs quality surveillance and hands-on inspections of supplier equipment/materials.
• Reviews procurement document requirements with supplier representatives.
• Witnesses operations, inspections, tests to verify requirements.
• Rejects nonconforming material and coordinates corrective actions.
• Releases conforming material for shipment and coordinates with Bechtel teams.
