Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role favors someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, training and coaching, maintaining safety and quality standards, and developing work instructions. Travel to customer facilities is required to manage projects and build strong working

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Travel is a requirement.
• Experience supervising Quality Inspectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects.
