Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role focuses on problem solving, team leadership, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Local travel to customer facilities is expected as part of project management. The position offers paid training, PTO from Day 1, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supervising teams of quality inspectors or similar roles.

Responsabilités

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.

• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
