Qualifications

• Ability to manage work with and lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operations environment.
• Ability to communicate (speak and write) in English and preferably bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Leads crew and performs janitorial project work at multiple locations.
• Monitors building security and safety by locking doors and checking appliance use.
• Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
