Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of janitorial and building maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules for projects.
• Perform floor cleaning, carpet extractions, window washing, and related duties.
• Monitor safety and chemical use according to procedures.
• Track supplies and document reports and supply orders.
