Job summary

AVODA in Arvada, CO is seeking a dedicated Commercial Roofing Project Supervisor to oversee the production of commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will supervise a field crew of roofers, coordinate with the Construction Director, report progress, and apply industry best practices while occasionally traveling as needed.

This full-time, in-person role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and the ability to use reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a field supervisor in the Commercial Roofing industry or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of roofing materials installation techniques and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a roofing team.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to identify issues and provide timely solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort with using technology for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a field team of roofers throughout roofing projects.
• Oversee installation, repair and maintenance of commercial roofing systems (flat, metal, asphalt shingles).
• Communicate project status to the Construction Director and allocate resources and materials effectively.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on labor hours, materials, and progress.
