We are currently seeking a Project Superintendent (Structures) for our Miami Signature Bridge in Miami, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall management of field operations
• Create and manage project schedule
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
• Establish budgets and control costs
• Identify causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances
• Identify project risks and work to mitigate them
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections
• Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA standards
• Prepare daily time cards for supervised personnel

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of experience
• Basic computer skills preferred
