Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead a major heavy civil project in the greater Kingsport area. You will direct 30–40 field employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15+ subcontractors to keep design, budget, and schedule on track.

Projects range from $5M to $90M, with relocation assistance available and no travel required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a superintendent in heavy civil construction, preferably with TDOT experience.

Heavy civil construction company needs a Project Superintendent to lead a major civil project in the greater Kingsport area.

The Project Superintendent will lead 30-40 employees working on grading and utility projects. Will also coordinate 15+ subcontractors. The Superintendent will ensure projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule. Projects range from $5M to $90M.

Must have 5+ years Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction. Ideal candidate will have experience working with TDOT, but this not required.

Strong salary and benefits package will be offered. There is no travel involved with this job.
