Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, seeks a Project Superintendent to join Rural Hall, NC manufacturing. You will supervise 20-30 employees at the plant, directing production of HVAC structural frames and monitoring daily progress.

You will foster open communication, drive continuous improvement, and ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety and quality on the shop floor. OT may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision.
• Understanding of manufacturing process flow, identifying bottlenecks and constraints.
• Knowledge of welding, structural steel processes, and pipe installation is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on; will spend 90% of time on the production floor.

In this role you will supervise a team of 20 to 30 employees at our manufacturing plant.The Project Superintendent directs the manufacturing of the department, assuring timely and efficient production HVAC structural frames. Additionally, the Project Superintendent will foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
