Job summary

QuestMark Construction Services, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale industrial and commercial projects across North America.

You will supervise onsite crews, coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion. Frequent travel across North America is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or PM in commercial or industrial construction.
• Experience supervising field operations and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North America.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision and coordination for construction projects from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
• Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project updates to customers, project managers, and leadership
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, photos, safety records, and quality control inspections
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and site logistics
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining positive relationships with customers and trade partners
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and contractual requirements
