Job summary

QuestMark Construction Services, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to support our growing team on large-scale industrial and commercial projects across North America.

You will supervise field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Extensive travel across North America is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North America.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision and coordination for construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project updates to customers, project managers, and leadership.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, photos, safety records, and quality control inspections.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and site logistics.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining positive relationships with customers and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
