Job summary

QuestMark Construction Services, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale industrial and commercial projects across North America.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring safety and quality, and driving project delivery from mobilization to closeout. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction.
• Experience managing resinous flooring, polished concrete, coatings, or specialty trade contractors is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.

• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and site logistics.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining positive relationships with customers and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
