Guardian Protection Products is seeking an Experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations on GC, patch/repair, and TremCare projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor budgets, and maintain safety standards across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, and regular updates to stakeholders. Travel within the region is required to support project and customer needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial/industrial roofing construction projects.
• Ability to lead field crews and subcontractors while delivering on schedule and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction practices, project scheduling, and quality control.

JOB DESCRIPTION Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for managing assigned special projects and customer accounts, including General Contractor (GC) projects, large-scale Patch & Repair work, TremCare programs, and other service-related initiatives. This role collaborates closely with Project Managers, Technical Representatives, field personnel, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. Commercial Roofing Superintendent provides leadership for field operations and subcontractor management, leveraging extensive experience in commercial and industrial roofing construction to deliver high-quality project outcomes while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to support project execution and completion.
• Oversee all phases of assigned projects to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and budgets.

• Travel throughout the assigned region as necessary to support project and customer needs.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $35 and $45. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
