Tremco is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and industrial roofing projects in the Bowling Green, KY area. You will manage subcontractors, ensure safety, schedules, budgets, and contract compliance while coordinating with project managers, customers, and field teams.
Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, monitoring quality, communicating with stakeholders, and driving on-site safety and performance.
The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for managing assigned special projects and customer accounts, including General Contractor (GC) projects, large-scale Patch & Repair work, TremCare programs, and other service-related initiatives. This role collaborates closely with Project Managers, Technical Representatives, field personnel, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $30 and $35. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
