Job summary

Jobot in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial and public works projects on-site, ensuring safety, on-time completion, and budget adherence while delivering high-quality results.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and serve as the primary field representative for the General Contractor. A minimum of 3+ years as a Superintendent, strong leadership, communication, and ability to read plans are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial/public works.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and complex schedules.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and materials.
