EMCOR Group, Inc. in Maryville, TN, is seeking a Project Superintendent to manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, accurate record keeping, and adherence to budget and workforce needs.
The role reports to the General Superintendent and requires coordinating with the Project Manager to staff projects with qualified leadership. It involves daily site meetings, equipment management, and ongoing development of field personnel.

Summary: Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion while maintaining accuracy of record keeping, safety requirements, and being mindful of budget constraints, and workforce needs.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, though management of projects includes directing project related activities of the project team members.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
