Job summary

HFA is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in the United States. You will oversee daily site activities, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality on the jobsite.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor budgets, resolve on-site challenges, and guide field teams to maintain momentum and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience on projects ranging from $5M–$30M.
• Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of safety/quality standards.
