Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects in Charleston, SC. You will oversee field operations, coordinate trades, and ensure milestones are met on aggressive schedules.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in commercial/general contracting, ability to read drawings, strong safety focus, and proven leadership. Projects are typically $30M+ and involve federal/ healthcare exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial general contracting.
• Ground-up commercial/federal/healthcare construction experience required.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.
