Job summary

Nox Group in the US is hiring a Project Superintendent to lead data center and mission-critical construction projects. The role centers on safety, quality, scheduling, and close coordination with field teams to deliver complex builds on time and within budget.

You will partner with the Project Manager, mentor Foremen, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding safety standards across sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety and quality plans are aligned with project requirements and are implemented throughout the project duration.
• Responsible for job site safety and coordinating with the Safety team to ensure project safety plans align with customers and industry standards.
• Supports Foreman and Field Superintendents to ensure responsibilities are met.
• Responsible for the quality of all site production and works with QA/QC to develop QA/QC plans.
• Develops strong working relationships with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and HR to maximize project performance.
• Collaborates with Project Manager to ensure accurate labor projections and schedule adherence.
• Leads development of comprehensive project plans incorporating requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
• Mentors Field Superintendents and Foremen and holds them accountable.
• Builds rapport with customers with integrity and transparency while mitigating risks and upholding contracts.

Are you ready to take on some of the most challenging and exciting construction projects in the Southwest? We are seeking a Project Superintendent to support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country.

Responsibilities

• Ensures corporate safety and quality plans are aligned with project-specific requirements and is implemented throughout the duration of the project.
• Responsible for job site safety and work closely with the Safety team to ensure project safety plans align with Corbins, the customers and industry standards.
• Supports Foreman and Field Superintendents directly to ensure their responsibilities are met.
• Responsible for the quality of all site production while working closely with the QA/QC department to develop the project QA/QC execution plans.
• Drive a strong working relationship with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and Human Resources to ensure the project team is operating at its full capacity and maintaining Corbins’ policies.
• Partners closely with the Project Manager to ensure labor projections are accurate and the project is adhering to the schedule.
• Leads the development of comprehensive project plans, incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
• Strategically develops Field Superintendents and Foreman by mentoring and holding them accountable to their managerial responsibilities.
• Builds rapport with each customer by displaying integrity, honesty and transparency while mitigating risks and upholding contracts.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities.
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities, and take initiative.
• Demonstrated success supporting a team through complex project execution.
• Experience leading project teams and holding them accountable to project goals.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills are a must.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA-30 card is required for this role. Training can be provided upon hire.

Safety Level
