Job summary

Bingman Construction is seeking a hands-on Project Superintendent to lead on-site operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and collaboration with project managers, clients, and trade partners to keep schedules, inspections, and deliveries on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Clear communicator and confident problem-solver.
• Commitment to safety and delivering quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents.
• WWTP experience is a plus.
• OSHA certification preferred

What You’ll Do

As a Project Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force on-site, making sure every phase of the project stays on track and meets expectations.

You will:

• Lead daily jobsite operations and supervise subcontractors and crews
• Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Coordinate schedules, inspections, and material deliveries
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners to stay aligned

What We’re Looking For
