English Construction Company is seeking an experienced and dependable Project Superintendent to join our growing management team. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate employees, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and work activities to keep projects on schedule, safe, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering quality construction on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, procedures, plans, and specs.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and ability to identify unsafe conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

English Construction is seeking an experienced and dependable Project Superintendent to join our growing management team. We are looking for a motivated, organized leader to oversee daily field operations and ensure construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating employees, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and work activities. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of construction processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.

The ideal applicant should have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction supervision or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, procedures, plans, and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate employees, subcontractors, equipment, and multiple phases of construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and the ability to identify and address unsafe conditions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Ability to make sound decisions and keep projects moving while maintaining safety and quality standards.
