Job summary

Teklysium Inc. seeks a seasoned Superintendent for commercial construction in Kentucky. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of all punch-list items.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent, and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and ProCore. OSHA 30 and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or combination of education/job experience).
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent for a commercial contractor.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, ProCore.
• OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• The Superintendent will participate in compiling lists as necessary to assist all Subcontractors to complete their Scope of Work.
• Once the project is substantially complete, the Superintendent will participate in generating an official punch list for any work that needs to be corrected or repaired.
• It will be the Superintendent’s responsibility to see that all items on the punch list are completed and verified in a timely manner.

Job description
