Job summary

Teklysium Inc. is seeking a experienced Construction Superintendent for commercial projects in the United States. The role focuses on closeout activities, including compiling punch lists and coordinating with subcontractors to complete the remaining scope of work.

You will oversee item completion, verify quality, and ensure timely sign-off. The candidate has a minimum of 5 years as a superintendent and holds OSHA 30 and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or combination of education/job experience.
• Minimum 5+ years as a Superintendent for a commercial contractor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and ProCore.
• Valid driver's license and OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• The Superintendent will participate in compiling lists to assist all Subcontractors to complete their Scope of Work.
• Generate an official punch list for work that needs to be corrected or repaired and ensure items are completed and verified in a timely manner.

Project Closeout:

Punch List

**** The Superintendent will participate in compiling lists as necessary to assist all Subcontractors to complete their Scope of Work. Once the project is substantially complete, the Superintendent will participate in generating an official punch list for any work that needs to be corrected or repaired. It will be the Superintendent’s responsibility to see that all items on the punch list are completed and verified in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or combination of education/job experience.
• Minimum of 5 Years experience as a Superintendent for a commercial contractor.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, ProCore.
• OSHA 30
• Driver's License
