Job summary

AnderCorp, LLC in Jackson, MS seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on our construction projects. You will Direct and coordinate all site activities, ensure safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality outcomes, and act as the on-site liaison with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma with a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field and 5+ years of construction and field supervision experience, plus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction experience.
• 5+ years of field supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience with scheduling software and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all field operations to ensure safety, efficiency, schedule adherence, and quality.
• Serve as primary on-site representative to clients, trade partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead and promote a strong jobsite safety culture.
• Drive project schedules and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate inspections, logistics, material deliveries, and site activities.
• Lead trade meetings, safety talks, and preparatory meetings.
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, consultants, and trade partners.
• Support project budgeting, closeout activities, and issue resolution.

What You'll Do

As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for directing and coordinating all field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll serve as a key representative of AnderCorp, building trust with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders throughout every phase of construction.

What We're Looking For
