Job summary

AnderCorp, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through closeout, delivering safe, on-time, and within-budget results. You will coordinate with field leadership, clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors as a trusted AnderCorp representative.

The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, budgeting, submittals, and meetings with owners and project teams to ensure quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with project management, scheduling, and construction technology software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish.
• Promote a strong safety culture alongside field management teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and contract administration.
• Lead owner, architect, and project team meetings.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor buyout processes.
• Coordinate project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of assigned construction projects. You'll work closely with field leadership, clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution while serving as a trusted representative of AnderCorp.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish
• Promoting a strong safety culture alongside field management teams
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
• Overseeing submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and contract administration
• Leading owner, architect, and project team meetings
• Managing subcontractor and vendor buyout processes
• Coordinating project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation
• Collaborating with project teams to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction
• Conducting project walks, inspections, and progress reviews
• Supporting risk management, cost control, and continuous project improvement

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and project delivery processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with project management, scheduling, and construction technology software
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
