The Project Superintendent will coordinate all site activities, manage subcontractors and site personnel, and ensures compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations on the construction site.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, fostering a safe working environment.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions and delays.
