Lifecycle Construction Services is seeking a Field Project Superintendent in Washington, DC. The Superintendent will oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring safety standards and quality are maintained throughout the project.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of construction experience and relevant certifications, including OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR. The role involves managing on-site teams and maintaining project timelines effectively.
Summary of Position: The Field Project Superintendent is directly responsible for all of the construction activities on a project site. Additional responsibilities generally will include serving as the Quality Control Manager and Site Safety/Health Officer. Project Superintendents are responsible for onsite scheduling and coordination of self-performed and subcontracted activities. The Superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site. The Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness on site and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Superintendent will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are always available on site. Key focus is on delivering and executing work in a positive, professional manner. Customer satisfaction is the measure of our success.
Role requires the ability to move from site to site, across states, and several projects while maintaining quality service and support.
