Lifecycle Construction Services seeks a Field Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities, acting as Quality Control Manager and Site Safety/Health Officer, coordinating self-performed and subcontracted work while ensuring safety and quality on every project.
This role travels between site locations across states, leads the on-site team, maintains daily field reports and RFIs, and keeps materials and equipment ready to meet schedules and contract requirements.
The Field Project Superintendent is directly responsible for all of the construction activities on a project site. Additional responsibilities generally will include serving as the Quality Control Manager and Site Safety/Health Officer. Project Superintendents are responsible for onsite scheduling and coordination of self-performed and subcontracted activities. The Superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site. The Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness on site and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Superintendent will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are always available on site. Key focus is on delivering and executing work in a positive, professional manner. Customer satisfaction is the measure of our success. Role requires the ability to move from site to site, across states, and several projects while maintaining quality service and support.
