Best Roofing and Siding Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site operations and coordinate installation teams across 2-3 sites. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely progress while delivering exceptional service to clients.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and hands-on supervision of crews, with a preference for Spanish-speaking candidates. We offer performance bonuses on top of an annual salary of about $50,000.

Your primary roles and responsibilities are:

• Customer-focused communication
• Manage 2-3 job sites during installation, ensuring safety throughout for all parties
• Support the install crew during the installation
• Preparing a detailed scope of work for each upcoming job
• Maintain & ensure a tidy jobsite and thorough cleanup afterwards
• QA check the work, ensure client satisfaction

Desired Qualifications:

• Organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Not afraid of heights (you would be climbing up/down ladders and on roofs)
• Ability to work with little supervision (we need to trust you)
• Spanish speaking is preferred
• $50,000/year + bonuses based on performance
